WORK WITH KARIN
Private Advisory for Individuals Whose Level of Responsibility Requires More Than Conventional Support
BUILT THROUGH PRESSURE
Discreet . Precise . Deeply Personal
WHY PEOPLE SEEK KARIN OUT
Most clients arrive at a specific point.
Their life may look successful.
Their capability is not in question.
They are still functioning, still leading, still producing.
Yet internally, something has shifted.
What once felt manageable now requires force.
Clarity takes more effort.
Relationships feel the strain.
Old patterns reappear under pressure.
The role continues to expand, while the person carrying it feels less resourced.
This is often the moment private support becomes necessary.

WHY KARIN
Karin Pattie is a Transformation Advisor and creator of the RARE Framework.
She works privately with entrepreneurs, founders, investors and high-performing leaders who have built something significant, and whose inner world has quietly stopped matching the life around them.
Karin’s background is in business. She held senior corporate marketing roles with Schweppes, National Panasonic and TWS Public Relations, and was appointed Marketing Manager for Southern Africa at twenty-six.
She later founded and scaled a high-end eveningwear company into a multi-million-rand enterprise operating across Johannesburg and Pretoria.
For more than three decades, alongside her commercial career, she studied the deeper patterns that shape identity, leadership, pressure, and how lasting change actually occurs.
That inquiry became the work.
THIS RECOGNITION BECAME THE FOUNDATION OF HER METHOLOGY

WHAT MAKES HER WORK DIFFERENT
Karin does not work at the level of surface optimisation.
She works at the level beneath behaviour, where patterns of pressure, protection, identity, and adaptation are formed.
Clients value that they do not need to perform, impress, or explain their world before being understood.
The work is private, direct, strategic, and tailored to the person rather than applied as a formula.

THE EXPERIENCE
Clients often describe feeling:
deeply understood
clearer internally
calmer unders pressure
stronger in boundaries
more themselves again
able to lead without carrying so much alone
There are seasons where greater success is not the answer.
Greater alignment is.
If you recognise yourself here, a private conversation is the next step.
ACCOMPLISHED. NOT COMPLETE
She had carried a great deal for a long time. From the outside, she was highly capable, yet internally something had been building for years.
There was an undercurrent of frustration, reactions that no longer matched the moment, and strain in the relationships that mattered most.
Her words were simple: “I don’t want to feel like this anymore.”
That changed.
Her reactivity settled. Relationships improved naturally. She returned to a clearer, steadier internal
He operated at a level where little could go wrong. His decisions carried weight and others relied on him.
From the outside, everything appeared to work. Internally, something was no longer as it had been.
He could feel a subtle pattern beneath the surface — not enough to disrupt life, though enough to know something was slowly compounding over time.
His words were clear: “I can see it. I just can’t seem to stop it.”
That changed.
Certainty returned. Decisions became clean again. He stopped carrying forward what no longer aligned.
