WORK WITH KARIN
Private Advisory for individuals ready for a different conversation
BUILT THROUGH PRESSURE
Personal . Precise . Tailored
WHY PEOPLE COME TO THIS WORK
Most clients arrive at a point where something important can no longer be ignored.
Their life may look successful, and their capability is not in question.
They are still functioning, still leading, still producing.
Yet internally, something has shifted. What once felt manageable now requires force, clarity takes more effort, relationships feel the strain, and old patterns reappear under pressure.
The role continues to expand, while the person carrying it feels the weight more deeply.
This is often the moment when people look beyond what was working before.

WHY KARIN
Karin understands both achievement and what success can quietly cost.
Before establishing her advisory practice, she held senior corporate marketing roles with organisations including Schweppes SA, National Panasonic, and TWS Public Relations.
She later founded and scaled a high-end eveningwear company into a multi-million-dollar business with national branches.
Alongside her commercial success, she spent more than three decades, studying the deeper patterns that shape identity, behaviour, emotional pressure, and how lasting change actually occurs.
WHAT SHE DISCOVERED BECAME THE FOUNDATION OF THE RARE FRAMEWORK

WHY THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT
Karin works at the level where patterns, beliefs and behaviours are formed.
She observed that lasting change rarely occurs by addressing symptoms alone. It occurs when the deeper patterns shaping thoughts, emotions, decisions, and behaviour are understood and transformed.
Clients value that they do not need to perform, impress, or explain their world before being understood.
The work is private, direct, strategic, and tailored to the person rather than applied as a formula.
FROM ACHIEVEMENT TO INTEGRATION

AREAS OFTEN ADDRESSED
Internal pressure despite outward success.
Decision fatigue and reduced clarity.
Relationship strain linked to responsibility.
Emotional reactivity or numbness.
Self-doubt hidden beneath competence.
Difficulty switching off.
Loss of meaning despite achievement.
Feeling disconnected from who you once were.

The next stage is not achieving more.
It is returning to who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities you carry.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Engagements are selective and tailored to the individual.
They may include:
Private one-to-one advisory.
Intensive immersions.
Long-term recalibration engagements.
Strategic support through major transitions.
RARE Framework advisory engagements.
All work is confidential and designed around individual circumstances, goals, and level of responsibility.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Clients often describe feeling:
deeply understood
clearer internally
calmer under pressure
stronger boundaries
more themselves again
able to lead without carrying so much alone
There are seasons where greater success is not the answer.
Greater alignment is.
If you recognise yourself here, a private conversation is the next step.
ACCOMPLISHED. NOT COMPLETE.
The following stories are based on past client experiences. Identifying details have been changed to protect privacy.

She had carried a great deal for a long time. From the outside, she was highly capable, yet internally something had been building for years.
There was an undercurrent of frustration, reactions that no longer matched the situation, and strain in her relationships that mattered most.
Her words were simple: “I don’t want to feel like this anymore.”
That changed.
Her reactivity settled, her relationships improved naturally and she returned to a clearer, steadier internal way of being.
He operated at a level where little could go wrong. His decisions carried weight and others relied on him.
From the outside, everything appeared to work, while internally, something was no longer as it had been.
He could feel a subtle pattern beneath the surface, not enough to disrupt life, though enough to know something was slowly compounding over time.
His words were clear: “I can see it. I just can’t seem to stop it.”
That changed.
Certainty returned, and decisions became clearer again. He stopped carrying things that no longer belonged in his life.
